If it's your first visit, we will conduct a consultation and skin analysis to determine your concerns, find out your skin history through a series of questions, and discuss your current skincare routine, current products, and your immediate goals in addition to a facial treatment or peel.
Once a product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it to the clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email customereservice@musemavenskin.com with photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
For maintenance, we recommend once a month. If you are in a series of treatments or looking to target things like acne and hyperpigmentation, you may receive bi-weekly and monthly treatments. This varies for each person and will be determined in your treatment plan.
Maintenance facials are recommended to book as your standard monthly treatment.

Choose the service based on the part of the body that you would like to have the peel on. The areas are considered a "Small Body Peel," or a"Large Body Peel." Don't worry if the area is not listed, you can choose the Unique area peel. Consultations are included in all treatments so don't worry if you don't book the correct area.
